How to use insurance

To receive assistance due to an accident or illness, contact the insurer by calling the number of the 24-hour emergency center. This number is on your insurance policy. The insurer will organize and, in many cases, directly cover your treatment costs (e.g., hospitalization costs).

You can also use the form (link below) to report an event online and receive reimbursement for medical expenses incurred, report a health impairment, or claim damages under civil liability.
